At Artza Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your box to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
