How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our international fulfillment center.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Please ensure changes are made before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
What is your return policy?
If any item in your box arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of curated boxes, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
